Personal Update
Welcome to this little update - with snippets from Sydney, Wellington and the new book!
I'm currently studying Executive Coaching with some fabulous colleagues from across Australia, pictured here from 2 days in Sydney recently which I found to be a refreshing step back into the coaching world from the writing, editing, proofing zone...

On Friday I recieved a warm welcome at Cactus Cafe at Wellngton, where I spoke to the "Women in Business" - an encouraging and inspiring bunch of women! I spoke on 3 keys to confidence and if you weren't there you didn't totally miss out - see the success tip below!
And good news that resulted from our recent Melbourne trip - we have an updated cover which we're very excited about! What do you think? We're yet to have an official launch date due to the whole production process not going as smoothly as hoped, but stay tuned... we can't wait to share these inspiring stories with the world!

Cheering you on,
Lyndon & Kerrie

P.S. Thanks to all who've been asking about ordering the book - we'll have it all set up shortly for our proactive friends to get the first signed copies - stay tuned! If you're looking at buying bulk for client or staff gifts, please give us a call for an amazing pre-print deal - which comes with sample chapters.
Success Tip
Todays Success Tip comes from Kerrie Phipps
Kerrie coaches entrepreneurs and leaders in regional areas to think big, achieve, and make the difference they were born for.
A key to confidence (an excerpt from “3 Keys To Confidence”)
Clarity – one little word with outstanding and often surprising benefits…
Such as – when you're clear in your thinking -
- you see a broader perspective, seeing opportunities or ideas you haven’t seen before
- you appraise yourself fairly and not harshly as you might from a place of confusion
- you see potential stumbling blocks and step over or around them
- you make the best decisions, and move forward with purpose and confidence.
How to find the sometimes-elusive clarity you want...
Write, write, write! All you need is pen and paper. Just start writing – don’t wait until your thoughts are organised - just put pen to paper and start scrawling..
- the first thng that comes to mind - just "brain dump" to get started.
- start yourself with a question like “What do I need to focus on”
and "what is the outcome I want?"- always add the question - "what else?" to dig deeper!
If you have a copy of Create The Life Journal you'll find some great questions to ask yourself on pages 3 - 5. If you haven't experienced this kind of writing support and inspiration - check it out here - it could be the best gift you ever give yourself!
Talk, talk, talk! It's great if you have a friend or coach who will listen to you talk through your ideas and ask you questions like the ones above, but if there's no-one around, just talk as you walk, drive or shower - you can be surprised when you hear yourself think aloud - then grab a pen and paper and capture the ideas before they disappear.
Implement one idea at a time and notice how your confidence grows!
Cheering you on,
Kerrie
