What an exciting, signifcant couple of weeks it's been!! I did a quick video for you a couple of days ago up on the (stormy) Gold Coast to say Hi and share the excitement and significance of the week, so check this out, and scroll down to see some great photo's with fabulous people, and a little more unfolding of the journey...
And don't miss the success tip below - we can always think more about customer service - it's making people feel valued, and making it easier for them to choose to do business with YOU!
Before flying up to the Gold Coast for "How to Write a Best-Seller" we spent a few days in Sydney, learning about Smart Online Profit Systems. There are so many great (and not so great) opportunities on the internet, and we are committed to learning from (and sharing) the best. It so happens that Shaun and Sean are from regional areas (WA & NSW) and love that we're passionate about supporting entrepreneurs in regional and isolated areas.

It was great to connect with friends there who we'd invited, make new friends, and learn some simple strategies for being more effective online. These guys are brilliant! And generous!

One of our local friends, Ben Newby traveled up from Wagga to attend with us and we made the most of our train trips implementing the learning - on 2 laptops and an iPhone, while Ethan used his bit of techology to capture a few great shots! Shaun very generously took some time to teach Ethan how to get started as an "Internet Marketing Kid" which was an awesome opportunity for Ethan... I just wonder when he'll be asking for his own laptop!

The lovely Ellen Bathgate (who has featured in recent newsletters) flew with me up to the Gold Coast for Darren Stephen's 3 day event "How to Write a Best-Seller" at the Q1. I met Darren earlier this year in Melbourne and have a photo and snippet of his success story in a previous newsletter
It was an incredibly inspiring event, and wonderful to catch up with friends from all over Australia. I have more special photos, so will add to the blog shortly! We are looking at working with Darren on an exciting project, so stay tuned for more news here!
Have a great couple of weeks, don't let the media get you down - have fun and see what the outcomes can be. Don't miss the valuable content below - for relating to people day to day, and for making money online. We are so excited to bring you the brilliant offer below to support you in your success.
Cheering you on,
Lyndon and Kerrie

How important do you think good customer service is?
Customer service can make or break a business! Have you ever walked out of a place of business feeling so much better than you went in, just because of the way someone there treated you? At other times, have you left there feeling worse than when you arrived, perhaps because of a word, a tone, or because you were ignored? As a customer, where would you want to spend?
I experienced the best and worst examples of customer service in one day recently, which, because they were within hours of each other, highlighted to me how easy it is to excel, or not, in this area.
I get deliriously happy when I’ve been served well, or even if I’ve observed someone else being the recipient of great service. Whenever I can I will take a few moments to acknowledge what has been done well, which results in the “great service giver” standing taller, seeing that their contribution has made a difference and they continue and even improve their service. Ken Blanchard has made famous the concept of “catching people doing something right” and acknowledging it – however this concept could handle becoming more famous in my opinion!
If you want to grow something – pay attention to it!
In this current economic climate, people are becoming concerned about how their business will withstand the challenges. I truly believe that increasing the level of happiness in a business, bringing fun and creativity to the surface, with a focus on each customer who walks through the door, will stand a business in good stead through any season. Consider; if the world around you is not positive, where will you want to go? The stores where people put a smile on your face, or the ones where they’re “just doing business”?
Happiness is absolutely a choice, one that we must make, and continue to make if our businesses will be the ones that flourish. Yes, I’m talking about flourishing businesses, because we all know that it’s possible. Just as some plants flourish in harsh conditions that would cause others to wilt, some businesses are going to thrive and wonder what all the fuss is about.
You can choose which one will be you.

Do You Just Want To Get To The Point?
Let me introduce you to someone who did and how you can do the same!
When Kerrie, Ethan and I were in Sydney last weekend at the internet conference our friend Shaun Stenning introduced us to Sean Rasmussen. Shaun decided to work with Sean and introduce him to his network becuase of Seans story, his experience and his integrity. And we are really stoked to introduce him to you...
Sean is a full time internet marketer, or should I say: Affiliate Marketer! His previous occupation was as an Electrician and he is a normal guy like everyone else. Now he calls himself: Retired To Freedom. He does what he wants - when he wants to. That is something he wishes everyone would experience.
Sean wants to share his knowledge with you. If you will let him - and you are prepared to learn - He will start you on a journey of discovering the wonderful world of the web - and the benefits it brings you. He does this in his e-book Year of The Affiliate.
Why should you bother listening to Sean? ...Because in the past 15 months he has made in excess of $4,000,000 of online sales! (yes, that's 4 million - not a typo!)
We also watched as Sean ranked number one on Google for a phrase that the crowd decided on and he did it from scratch in just a few hours. Amazing!!
Dont just take my word for it, here's another participant who's excited about his immediate results...

This book contains the basis and outline of how Sean established himself online. It is not a formula or step by step manual of what he did. If it was, you would be making lots of mistakes. To make it as simple as possible for you, Sean has outlined ways you can manoeuvre yourself into a postion of making money online - without messing around and spending 1,000's and 1,000's of dollars.
Check out Seans book Year Of The Affiliate Today and if you choose to purchase it you will find some amazing extras, some of which you cannot put a price on.
