Having seen shows like the Biggest Loser where they bump someone off the team for gaining 2kg. These shows omit to tell us that this same person has lost 10cm from their belt size and is now far healthier and making great progress.
Because of shows like these and fad diets people have a distorted perception of what “healthy” really is.
Chris Males brings a refreshing view on how to maintain your health and eat well. After listening to this audio I felt that getting and staying healthy is achievable even for someone (like me) who does not like the gym and enjoys his food. (I am working on my attitude to exercise).
